COURSE DESCRIPTION

Eye on Awareness™ is designed for all employees of a hotel property regardless of their position. All staff - housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, guest services, food and beverage, transportation, etc. - will benefit from this innovative industry-sponsored security and awareness training. This training system serves as a foundational platform to establish an essential information and accurate intelligence gathering system, resulting in reducing the risk of crisis and critical incidents while allowing for supervisory feedback to encourage the reporting of suspicious activity.

The one-hour online Eye on Awareness™ training course includes interactive, multi-media modules and optional classroom training enhanced by review questions, assessing comprehension. The course contains a certification process to ensure employee accountability.
